Behind the counter it's Joe, building breakfast sammies to order from 7am, braising pork for the Big BBQ, and deciding what goes in the weekly soup pot. Out front it's Jen, learning names, pulling espresso shots, and making a 32-seat room feel like your kitchen table.
Everything here is made the small-cafe way — to order, from scratch, and without much of a hurry to change that.
